Insights permissions

The following permissions dictate access within Jack Henry Insights.

Manage Insights
When this permission is granted by a financial institution admin, the Insights button becomes viewable from the Banno Admin menu.
Use AI*†
Allows users to access the AI-powered features, such as the Ask AI report creation and Refine your report options.
Use Query Builder†
Allows users to edit a report’s query parameters (metrics, filters, and segments) by granting access to the Builder.
View Insights
Grants the ability for financial institution staff to see the icon within Jack Henry Platform and view dashboards and reports within Jack Henry Insights.

*Note 1: To utilize AI functionalities, a financial institution must sign an AI disclosure agreement. If no disclosure is signed, all AI permissions, features, and options are disabled. For more information, contact a Jack Henry Insights implementation coordinator or submit a jSource case.

†Note 2: The Use AI and Use Query Builder features are each available via an add-on and require the financial institution to sign an AI disclosure agreement, which has not yet been made available.
