Brand Protection Integrations

Banno currently offers native integrations with third-party tools built to protect customers’ brand reputation and end users. The Allure Security, PhishLabs, and Netcraft integrations can be enabled for any financial institution that has onboarded with the vendor.

Each integration provides comprehensive brand protection for financial institutions, safeguarding your end users against look-alike phishing sites that illegally use your digital assets to trick people into submitting personally identifying information to fraudsters.

These native integrations are available to any bank or credit union that has met the following requirements:

  • Has onboarded with the third-party vendor: Financial institutions must work directly with Allure Security* or PhishLabs to establish a contract and complete the vendor’s onboarding steps. Note that our Implementation and Support teams do not have access (or information) to help with that process, which is entirely unrelated to Jack Henry and Banno.
  • Has submitted a support case: Once your financial institution has been onboarded with the third-party vendor, submit a case via the For Clients Portal, the correct corresponding Banno integration can be configured on your behalf.
*Great news for Allure Security customers! If you were contracted and onboarded with the vendor before July 1, 2024, then we’ve already configured and enabled the Banno integration for you.
