Digital Terms of Use

The Digital Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) replaced what was formerly known as the End User License Agreement in the December 2023 release. The title and terms are better aligned with the subscription provided to end users.

Configuring the Terms of Use

You can find the Terms of Use screen under Settings in Banno People. From here, you can view the standard Terms of Use and add additional terms to be displayed below the standard ones.. The standard Terms of Use are provided by Jack Henry for the platform as a whole and cannot be modified by the FI.

Changes to the Terms of Use

Sometimes, Jack Henry needs to update their Terms of Use due to new functionality, new legal requirements, new security standards, and more. The Terms of Use are automatically included in your FI’s custom Terms of Use content. Jack Henry reserves the right to update this Terms of Use version at any time, and we commit to giving our customers advanced notification of upcoming changes while sharing highlights prior to deployment. Whenever the Terms of Use are updated, whether by Jack Henry or the FI under Additional terms, end users are prompted to accept the updated Terms of Use at login and must accept the new terms before continuing authentication.
