Wire messages
Wire messages contain the payment instructions for a wire such as its recipients, amount, status, and message ID. These messages are sent through the Fedwire Funds Service for domestic wires and the SWIFT network for international wires and they provide financial institutions with standardized instructions to execute the wire transfer.
There are two main ways you can access wire message information within Jack Henry Wires. You can either select a wire, go to View Details, click on ISO Messages, and then select View Message to see the message contents or you can navigate to the Messages tab of the main Wires screen to filter and view all wires and their associated messages.
