Does Jack Henry Wires support FedLine Advantage and FedLine Direct connectivity?
Yes, Jack Henry Wires has integrations with both FedLine Advantage and FedLine Direct.
Are international wires supported with Jack Henry Wires?
Currently, Jack Henry Wires supports domestic wires and inbound USD international wires. Foreign exchange international wire support will be available at a later date and will need to be purchased separately.
Can I customize how many approvers are required based on the wire amount?
Yes, you can set up approval rules that dictate how many approvers are required for wires above a certain amount threshold. You can do this through the Wire approval settings.
Can I set a default number of approvers?
You can set a default number of approvers through the Wire approval settings by creating an approval rule with an amount threshold of $0.00 and your desired number of default approvals. With this rule, all wires $0.00 or more will need the number of approvals outlined in the rule. Additional rules can be created to require more approvals for higher amount wires.
Can I choose which fields are required for my financial institution when creating an outgoing wire?
All required fields are based on ISO 20022 standards and cannot be customized at this time.
Can Jack Henry Wires run concurrently with Symitar Wires or SilverLake Wires?
Yes, Jack Henry Wires can run concurrently with existing wire solutions like Symitar Wires and SilverLake Wires.
Can Jack Henry Wires process digital wires for business and consumer accountholders?
Currently, Jack Henry Wires can process digital wires initiated in Banno Business for credit unions, with support for SilverLake business and consumer wires coming in the near future.
FAQ: OFAC integrations
Which OFAC providers are supported?
Jack Henry Wires utilizes the Jack Henry Sanction Screening service, which handles integration with various OFAC providers. Once an OFAC provider integrates with the Sanction Screening service, it can be integrated with Jack Henry Wires as well. If you have an OFAC provider you’d like us to integrate with, you can help make it happen by reaching out to your OFAC provider and connecting them with our team.
What if my OFAC provider isn’t supported?
If your OFAC provider is not supported by Jack Henry Wires, you will still see the applicable data fields in Jack Henry Wires, but you will need to enter the OFAC status manually.
How can I view OFAC results?
Select wire → View Details → Scroll down to the OFAC section to see results.
FAQ: Wire fees
Can I place a hold on a wire or wire fee?
Today Jack Henry Wires does not do wire or wire fee holds in the ISO format by design, but it does perform account validation.
FAQ: Integrations
Does Jack Henry Wires integrate with any eSignature providers?
Jack Henry Wires is not currently integrated with any eSignature providers, although these providers do have the option to integrate using our open APIs. If you want to upload a signature to your eSignature provider, you can always select the Print option to download the signature form and then upload the signed document to your eSignature provider.
