Multi-Language Support for Jack Henry Conversations
When enabled for an institution, Multi-language support automatically detects conversations created in languages other than English. Next, leveraging AI, the product translates the message before displaying the full message in Banno Apps and Banno Support — both the original message and the translation are included, along with a note saying “Translated by Google.” Translation continues throughout the duration of the conversation, including translations for auto-replies. Users of Banno Support need only send their messages in English, and the system will automatically include a translation in the actual sent message.
No permission is required for this feature. Once enabled for an institution, it will automatically detect when translation is required.
