AI Summaries for Jack Henry Conversations
AI Summaries allow users of Banno Support to summarize an entire conversation using Internal Notes. By selecting the Summarize conversation option within Internal note mode, a summary of the conversation will be generated and placed in the input field for review before sending. Summaries are organized into Topics, Summary, and Resolutions, describing what the conversation was about, summarizing it, and detailing any resolutions that occurred.
To access AI Summaries, financial institution personnel must have the View AI Assist permission, which can be granted within the Support section of Users & Groups.
