Wires permissions
If your financial institution has Jack Henry Wires, these are the permissions your enterprise users could be granted.
Permissions
- Add Wires
- Ability to create wire.
- Creditor Approve
- Ability to approve a wire when working on behalf of the creditor.
- Creditor Reject
- Ability to reject a wire when working on behalf of the creditor.
- Debtor Approve
- Ability to approve a wire when working on behalf of the debtor.
- Debtor Reject
- Ability to reject a wire when working on behalf of the debtor.
- Fee Control
- Ability to control fee settings.
- Manage Drafts
- Ability to create and manage draft activity.
- Notifications
- Ability to add email notification settings for end users.
- NSF Override
- Ability to override a non-sufficient fund (NSF) wire.
- Override Account
- Ability to correct an account number on an incoming wire that failed account validation due to a mistyped account number.
- Override Fees
- Ability to override a fee for a customer or member.
- View Drafts
- Ability to search and view drafts.
- View Wires
- Ability to view wires within Jack Henry Wires. (Note: This permission is needed before a user can have permissions for Direct Line Wires - Advantage or Sanctions Screening.)
- Wires Admin
- Ability to control wire settings.
