Compliance Management
Compliance is integrated into JHA OpenAnywhere throughout the application workflow, primarily through audit, reporting, and disclosure management features.
- Disclosure Management: The system provides a built-in HTML form solution that handles initial and final disclosures in HTML format to ensure they are responsive on all devices, sometimes called “Bring Your Own” forms. Disclosures can be customized with tags to automatically populate applicant and account information.
For banks and credit unions that wish to use a third-party forms solution, the following are currently integrated:
- TruStage Compliance Solutions - Simplicity dynamic forms
- Wolters Kluwer (WKFS) - Expere dynamic forms
- Auditability: Actions taken on disclosures, such as acceptance, signing, printing, or emailing, are logged Reports are available in the Dashboard to track applicant statuses and CIP decisions.
