After the application data is collected and verified in JHA OpenAnywhere, the process moves to finalization.
-
Final Disclosures: The Final Disclosures page presents all necessary applicant and account-level disclosures. Applicants must review, accept, and sign these documents before the process can be completed.
-
Funding: The Funding page allows applicants to add funds to their new accounts using various methods. Financial Institutions can set minimum and maximum funding amounts and configure which funding providers are available.
Current funding options include internal account, credit or debit card, and external account via ACH using Plaid or Finicity. Third-party funding relationships include Authorize.net and Merchant’s Pact.
-
Saving to the Core: The Summary page provides a final confirmation of all applicants and accounts. Accounts opened via the Applicant Channel will be saved to the core upon FI-configured approval criteria and funding. For accounts opened through the Employee Channel, a user will select “Save to Core,” which initiates the process of creating the new customer and account records in the financial institution’s core system.
