Additional Integrations

With so many platform integrations to partner integrations available to supercharge your digital banking experience, you may be wondering if Banno can connect natively to any API-based integrations from third-party vendors who don’t have an official partnership with Jack Henry. Absolutely!

Third-party brand protection integrations

Brand Protection Integrations

Banno currently offers two native integrations with third-party tools built to protect the customer’s brand reputation and end users. The Allure Security and PhishLabs integrations can be enabled for any financial institution that has onboarded with the vendor.

Each integration provides comprehensive brand protection for financial institutions, safeguarding your end users against look-alike phishing sites that illegally use your digital assets to trick people into submitting personally identifying information to fraudsters.

These native integrations are available to any bank or credit union that has met the following requirements:

  • Onboarded with the third-party vendor: Your financial institution must work directly with Allure Security* or PhishLabs to establish a contract and complete the vendor’s onboarding steps. Note that our Implementation and Support teams do not have access (or information) to help with that process, which is entirely unrelated to Jack Henry and Banno.
  • Submitted a Support case: Once your financial institution has been onboarded with the third-party vendor, you’ll need to submit a case via the For Clients portal, so we can configure the corresponding Banno integration on your behalf.

*Great news for Allure Security customers! If you were contracted and onboarded with the vendor before July 1, 2024, then we have already configured and enabled the Banno integration for you!
