Banno Reports
Informed decisions are the best decisions. Reports are your home base to learn how your end users are using your apps, how they’re moving their money, and more. Reports are secure, robust, and granular enough to give you the information you need to make the best decisions for you and your customers.
What can I do with Banno Reports?
Banno Reports offers visually concise snapshots that answer crucial questions, such as “How and when end are users engaging with our mobile or online app?” This deep data on end user behavior offers insight on key performance indicators, marketing campaigns, and more, helping you understand how to make the soundest decisions for your institution.
Exported reports can also be generated based on number of criteria, giving you details on not just about how end users are interacting with your apps, but how they’re interacting with their money, fraudulent behaviors, and employee permissions. Banno keeps track of everything it can and provides you with the tools you need to access all of it.
Configuring Banno Reports
Your financial institution must set permissions for the NetTeller ID and the users of that business for reports to function properly. This is handled through NetTeller Back Office using the following steps:
NetTeller Back Office
The steps for configuring Banno Business Reports access are identical to the steps for configuring Commercial Cash Management (CCM) Reports access:
- In NetTeller Back Office, navigate to Manage Products > Cash Management > Edit CM Settings.
- Set the Show Transaction Reports permissions, with the following options:
- For All CCM NT IDs: Select this option to make business reports available to all NetTeller IDs. This is the recommended setting.
- Per CCM NT IDs: Select this option if you want to make business reports available, yet require configuration on a per-business and per-business-user basis.
- No: Select this option only if you do not want to allow access to business reports.
Per user configuration
To configure individuals’ access to reports, follow these steps for each business and its users:
