Data Sets
Choose the data sets that are right for you. With Jack Henry Data Hub (formerly known as Jack Henry Data Broker), you’re in charge of what data makes sense for your financial institution.
If you’re interested in finding the data schema for individual data sets, you can find this information on jackhenry.dev.
Banno Usage Data
There’s a lot your users can do in the Banno platform. Rather than guessing what they’re up to, you can leverage Banno Usage Data to skip the guesswork and identify common interaction paths, drop off patterns, and usage habits. All this helps you to create more effective marketing campaigns, map user journeys, and identify trends in product adoption. Note: This data set is delivered via a third-party vendor.
Banno Data
Banno receives and generates a multitude of data every second. With the Banno data set, your financial institution can access information like user login attempts, conversation messages, high-risk actions, and more. Currently, this data set includes Banno Conversations and Banno History data, but additional data will be provided over time. Note: This data set includes all Banno data that is not delivered through a third-party. Third-party data sets, such as Banno Usage Data, are sold separately from the Banno data set.
Jack Henry Wires History
Part of the new Jack Henry Platform, Jack Henry Wires simplifies the process of sending and receiving wire transfers. The Jack Henry Wires History data set includes data collected by the Jack Henry Wires product, such as wire ID, employee’s user ID, transaction creation times, and more, allowing you to get a 360-degree view of wire activity throughout your financial institution.
SilverLake Data
Your core is a gold mine for data on your financial institution’s health and operations. With the SilverLake core data set, every row and every column is updated weekly (ensuring we don’t affect your end-of-day process) and change data is streamed in near-real-time so you don’t miss out on a millisecond of data.
