End User License Agreement (EULA)
EULAs are important. As a contract between the software and the users, it dictates relevant legalities around proper and improper use of software while outlining important information including data collection details, licensing terms, and liability information. Jack Henry Digital Banking uses a standard EULA with the option for additional terms added by your FI, managed entirely within Banno People.
Configuring the EULA
You can find the EULA screen under Settings in Banno People. From here, you can view the standard EULA and add additional terms to be displayed below the standard EULA. The standard EULA is provided by Jack Henry for the platform as a whole and cannot be modified by the FI.
Changes to the EULA
Sometimes, Jack Henry needs to update their EULA due to new functionality, new legal requirements, new security standards, and more. This Jack Henry EULA is automatically included in your FI’s custom EULA content. Jack Henry reserves the right to update this EULA version at any time, and we commit to giving our customers advanced notification of upcoming changes while sharing highlights prior to deployment. Whenever the EULA is updated, whether by Jack Henry or the FI under Additional terms, end users are prompted to accept the updated EULA at login and must accept the new terms before continuing authentication.
